One question, did you pick the spacing that you like or were there convenient mounting points? I kinda like them closer together.
I was just trying to make it look somewhat like the 2005 Mustang grill. they could have easily been moved closer.

Two thumbs waaaaaay up!!!!

[8D]

That's it, I'm cloning my 64 1/2 as well...I already have the dual exhaust rear valance, GT glove box, and I'll get the GT emblems and grille GT kit too!!!

I have a couple of questions though...the decal stripe on the bottom side of the car, I suppose that's a GT look too, what's the lettering? Does it say GT? Is it a decal as well?

How about that exterior chrome on the quarterpanels? Is that a GT look? Or is that an original ornament?

Thanks, your ride is awesome!

Thanks.

The exterior mods are fairly simple

fog lights
valance
get rid of original "mustang" on fender
get rid ofrocker panel trim if you have it
add stripes (decals), new "mustang", and GT emblem

The worst part is relocating "mustang" because there's holes to fill, but well worth it, IMO

I'm not sure which QTR panel trim you're asking about.. the quarters are all original

I haven't converted the interior, I don't know if I ever will

addfront of hood trim piece

I think he's referring to the chrome "combs" on the side behind the doors. Not sure what they are really called.

I don't think GT's had different "whatever-those-are-called" but I could be wrong

For GTs, there is no trim on the quarter.

Sammon, you still need this GT gas cap:

I'm going your route, I'm gonna GT clone my ride.
