Default what plugs

Hey

The plugs in my stang are about 4 or 5 years old.
How long do they usually last before needing to be replaced?

I know I must replace one of them because the ceramic insulation is cracked and its spitting sparks everywhere. (not shure why its cracked might have dropped a tool on it at some point)

Im going to buy 1 plug to replace it then maybe 7 more in the near furture. What plug should I get?? we want a .035 gap right?

Thanks
Gun

If you are going to replace one you should replace the rest. And I don't know if they sell iridium plugs for our classic motors but I love them in my truck. They helped my fuel economy, responsiveness and more power due to the better spark.

yes you should replace all of them at the same time! and if you have locally a Pepboys request Autolite their made by Ford! Double Platinums are better but Iriadiums dont exist for old Fords!

Okay ill get an autolite. I know I should replace them all, probabaly about due anyhow 5 years as daily driver.

But im only going to replace that one tonight. it might be a few days before I get around to doing them all.
Why should you replace them all at once?
