Default wheel spacers

Hey guys,
I have a highly modified 66 coupe.
Rod and customs mustang 2 suspension.
After installation I soon realized my brand new 17" Eleanor wheels weren't fitting right on the front.
They stuck out about 2"
Now switching to the 17" bullet wheels. The front fit perfect looks like i need the spacer kit for the rear they rub the leaf springs.
I will be hitting 500+ hp @ the rear wheels.
Question is,
Is it better to just go with the setup they have spacer to hub bolts then wheel to spacer thats 10 bolts to worry about!
Or should i drill them thru and go with long studs from strange or Currie? im running a 325 posi from curie now.

I would think a standard spacer would be much better. Studs that long would be pretty easy to break, but 2 sets of short ones would be much stronger, IMO.

Get wheels with different offsets. There is no reason you have to have the same offset wheel front and rear. I wouldn't run a spacer even with short bolts. More connection points=more points to fail.
