Lower Radiator Hose
What kind of phone do you have? Those are some really nice photos!
Okay, here is what I have found:
Ron Morris makes a custom lower radiator hose for the stock radiator but I do not know the price:

I found many custom aluminum radiators for the 5.0 conversions but they seem to cost $500-$700.
I found a new brass/copper 3-row radiator for the 5.0 conversion in Mustangs Plus for $195.

Will a 6 cylinder aluminum radiator work for the 5.0 conversion?
I noticed the 6 cylinder radiators have the proper locations for the inlet and outlet. The 6 cylinder is near the same physical size isn't it?
The newer technological advances in aluminum and more fins should allow more than enough cooling for a 5.0?

We have a Northern aluminum radiator that we got off of e-bay that has left side botom hose placement... same cost as standard placement... about $300.00...
IMO the flow of the pump should not matter, just the hose placement.

here's some info on installing an aluminum radiator in a 65-66...

Also, the upper outlet has a slightly larger diameter on the 8 cylinder radiator.
Looks like I am going with the Mustangs Plus radiator for $200. It is a bolt on application meaning less work for me
