Default same problems 3 months later

ok i think this is my tranny, but im gonna pick up a free c-4 pretty soon, i just need some other opinions

ok a while back i was having problems with getting started moving, no idea why still, but then it went away, and i cant back up even a small hill, and my engine begins to stall out and die. now it had no problem with this when i first got the car, it would back out and drive perfectly, then i started changing stuff IE motor, c5 tranny. im almost certian its my tranny not putting power to the wheels. please put you opinions on what it could be if you think its something diffrent.

Tough one could be a few things,
linkage not adjusted so it only goes part way in reverse.
Slipping worn out torque converter.
Low fluid level or burnt clutches in the trans new one would fix that.
Does it idle ok in park then sputter when its in gear?
Vacuum leak maybe/
I havent had a auto in a stang in years the last problem I had with one was changed the old fluid and it quit pulling.
LOL all the friction for the disc was in the fluid.
More guys will chime in that know more than I do.
