Default Kite Runner (Movie)

I had no real intention of going to watch this movie but I was watching a little TV and saw the trailer( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1Ivdc76nAY) and caught a glimpse of a real nice Mustang in the movie. It looked like a 68 or 69 coupe, I couldn’t get a good view of it but it looks sweet. Also saw American Gangster and they had what I think was a 66 black and gold gt-350H…real real pretty car. Too bad they blew it up and the character that owned it said something like, I really liked that car. Sounds funny but my dream for a Mustang started when I was in High School and saw a Guns and Roses video “Don’t Cry” where Slash drives a real nice gt 350 over a cliff…um,,yeah that’s where it started for me. I guess I will have to see this Kite Runner movie now just because there is a Mustang in it.

hahaha....yeah....if its the movie based on the book then its supposed to be a 68 black fastback...

iv read the book..its based in Afghanistan and how this kid grows up and has to run away once the russians invade them back in the '80's....it was a best seller....i guess thats what authors are doing these days, when they realize they cant come up with more than one book that can make them money...[&:]...get some money off a movie..lol

the trailer shows a 69 FB tho.....

I saw the move a couple weeks ago (my school got a field trip to a private screening [8D])

The main guy owns a 69 coupe, and then later in the movie there is a 69 mach 1 (or 70, don't remember but pretty sure it was a 69). So yeah definitely a good mustang presense in the movie, and the movie was pretty darn good as a whole. I'd recommend you all go see it
