Default Heater hose fitting

I can't for the life of me find this fitting anywhere. It screws in on the passenger side, front of the engine, and connects to the heater hose which goes to the firewall. I made one out of spare fittings I found at Ace hardware, but it's still leaking.

It's supposed to be a 3/8 NPT -> 5/8" hose barb. I can't find one anywhere. I've looked at all the partshouses, hardware stores, with no success. Anyone have one or know where I can get one?

Most of the Mustang suppliers I know of carry them, and I know Napa carries them. Just have to find someone that knows how to find them, because they're not in the computer.
