The one I bought came with both. Ya and it also cost me like $275.00. I actually ordered it from an Advance Auto Parts store in my area. They got it for me in 2 days.

Bought the black one from sumitt, so far so good.

Keeps volt guage between 13.9and 14.1 volts all the time.
