Default T-5 conversion parts PLEASE HELP

Hi guys over the past year ive been gathering all the parts needed to convert my automatic to a T-5 and this is what i have so far:

[ul][*]T-5 transmission[*]T-5 Bell Housing[*]T-5 crossmember[*]Modern Driveline Cable clutch kit[*]Fly wheel[*]Clutch[*]Clutch Pedal Assembly[/ul][align=left]I know im missing the slip yoke, transmission insulator, fulcrum and spacer kit.

1. can i use any slip yoke like these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Trans...2em118Q2el1247
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...2em118Q2el1247
or does it have to be like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/65-66...2em118Q2el1247

2. is the transmission insulator needed?

3. If im using the cable clutch assembly do i still need the fulcrum and spacer kit?

thanks guys

You also need a
roller pilot bearing,
new flywheel bolts
clutch attach bolts
throw out arm (aka fulcrum), no spacer kit needed
clutch should include pressure plate and throwout bearing,
dust shield (betwen the back of the block and the flywheel)
and a pmgr mini starter would go nice too.
