torque box

Maybe a little extra work, but it would be cool to drill a hole in your patch sheet and then put a rubber grommet in it. Put the fuel line through the grommet and itll keep most of the elements out of there..

that sounds like a good idea. Might be a little more work but it will be worth it.

I'd keep the stock locations of the fuel lines. Like it was said, put a grommet around the line. Great idear.

ok. I didnt re-position the fuel line and I didnt replace the torque box. Iprepped inside the torque box added por 15,and fabricated a piece of metal to fit over the whole andwelded it inand drilled a wholefor the fuel linewith a rubber grommet(thanks zmetalmilitia). Once I finish the welding I'll add some por 15 with a brush to finish. Then I can start on my floor pans. I'll try to get pictures
