I'll be talking to them at the paint shop this week so I'll find out. It'll have to have some type of heat torerance I'm sure since I want the block painted.
1966mustang.. There are tons of purple shades and I agree.. some wouldn't look that good. For example a Plum Crazy Purple would not look good because its too dark. I want a lighter bright purple which will stand out against the dark moss green. I've thought about matching but would only do that if I went with a Satin Black for the engine bay. I've seen it doing a few times and my thoughts on it is that its fine if the colors are nice and bright. The problem with using the dark moss green for the externior and the engine block is that it doesn't 'pop'. Now a bright yellow, red, etc works for that. Not what I'm looking for however. Thanks for your comments though

Lots of chrome?
Lots of chrome?

Perhaps not lots but yeah. The biggest issue is that it'll be a daily driver for the wife so I don't want too much simply because I don't wanna spend all my time cleaning the stuff. However with the dark moss green, black and purple it does scream for the chrome doesn't it. [sm=yeahsmile.gif]I plan to have a nice clean engine bay with the Ron Francis wiring system hidden, battery in the trunk, etc. Hope to have nothing hanging or attached to the engine bay side walls. Hoses and noticable lines will be wrapped in chrome loom of some type.
Not overboard with the chrome but enough to showoff in the bay with the other colors.

Wouldn't there be a problem with the engine heat is you use normal paint?
