Default flywheel help?

i have a 351w out of a 82 f250 in my 69 coupe i getting the parts together to put a t5 in it my question is im pretty sure i need a 28oz flywheel but i'm not sure? and how do i know how many teeth i need on the flywheel ? [/align]

Its a 28oz, 158tooth....i think

yeah 28oz and 157tooth all 351 are 28oz and all 302s till 1981 are 28oz
too

what the difference between 157 tooth and 164 tooth ?? they both have 28oz imbalance

Flywheel diameter. The 164t is for the 11" clutch setups, but requires a bigger bellhousing, 157t is for the standard 10/10.5" clutch setup.

well i have i t5 bellhousing out of a late model 5.0 91 mustang i think is that big enough for a 164 tooth flywheel? i been finding them a little cheaper
