Greetings,

I am putting a converter back into my C4 and have been sure to rotate and seat it properly. I have gone 3 solid clicks into the tranny. My question is, when I get it to the 3rd click it will no longer turn. Wondering if it should still turn fairly freely when its seated properly, of if I have an issue with the tranny itself? I thought it was gears but tried putting it in neutral and park, and still not able to turn it. Pumpand converter are fresh rebuilds, but tranny was AS IS and reported to be operating fine.

it should turn freely, sounds like the pump is locked up
