Another Gas Price Thread...
San Francisco yesterday.
Oil hit another record. Could $5.00/gallon be in the near future???
Not to beat a dead horse, but I am still looking for one person who will admit voting for Bush in 2004... I won't come down on you, but I just want to hear from ONE person who will admit it.

I voted for bush both times and the gas price has nothing to do with him.Clinton cut tax breaks for oil companys he helped alot of then murge together before he was in office there was 15 oil companys now theres about 8 or less.Gas in kentucky is about 3.40 a gallon i always get my gas at a truck stop its cheaper normaly. You live in a big city and the east coast gas will be higher there i bet you pay more for a lot of things too.You should look at http://www.flyingj.com/fuel/gasoline_CF.cfm?state=CA
We can blame every politician in the book and go round and round forever. The bottom line is WE pay whatever price big oil sets. No, protests or call to action just people complaining. Remember the big immigration protests a couple of years ago? Thousands of hispanics marching to raise awareness. Just imagine if every single registered car owner marched in protest on the same day! It would make an impact reguardless of political affiliation. However, there are so many excuses and we are all busy, don't want to get involved, won't work blah blah blah. So just buckle down and enjoy the great, high quality oil products big oil companies offer at the price THEY dictate. End of soapbox........[X(]
I can understand the lesser of the evils argument and I am afraid that is what Election 2008 will be, regardless of who is the Dem candidate. Hell, at this point I would even vote for Ron Paul, whoever he is.
Well thanks for stepping up to the plate for your president, fellas. Impressive.
I think it would be even more impressive to hear you point out a couple ways in which the Bush Administration has helped to improve our country.
I am afraid that would be difficult to do without consulting your local right wing talk show host... and even he may have given up on Bush by now. History will show that the Bush Administration was a complete disaster for America. I actually saw a book for sale at the US Naval base bookstore in Monterey last month entitled "The Bush Tragedy"... If they are selling anti-Bush publications on military bases, I think that says something.

I didn't vote. However I did go to war for the man and would do it again.I have been to quite a few countries around the world and we still have the cheapest gas prices that I have seen. Granted I think they suck but they are what they are. Until we find a better fuel source we are stuck taking it from the oil tycoons.
