Default Faded int. and Paint Program?

First thing I am working on restoring the inside of my 69 grande and am wondering if i can save the money with paint then more parts. The dash and some of the other black painted plastic and such in the car has been faded over time. Is there a way I can repaint this from my own home for a decent price?

Secondly, does anytbody know of a good program to test out different paint schemes to the exterior of my mustang. I was to test out different racing stripes and the looks of various outlines. Dont want to have to spend hours in photoshop.

There is some program (see the first pic on this thread for what its like: https://mustangforums.com/m_4984175/tm.htm ). However, I believe that costs lots of money. I would recommend either just photoshopping it yourself or post some pics in this area of the forum: https://mustangforums.com/forumid_234/tt.htm

Some of those guys are pretty talented and should be willing to photoshop a few schemes for you.

If you have an NPD catalog, page 238 has correct color paints for interiors. Spraypaints for hard surfaces, dyes for soft ones (like the dash, and vinyl).

The House of Kolor program I used can be purchased two different ways. The first is with all 180+ car loaded on the disc. The second way, the way I went, is to have only one car loaded on the disc. The first way cost $300 and for only one car it is $60.
