Default Showing off

Ever take a friend for a ride and really want to impress him? I did tonight. He was laughing and crapping himself the whole 5 seconds. Oh, I forgot to mention I broke something! I was able to ease her home and get her up on jack stands. I though it might be a u joint but it's coming from the scatter shield[:@] When I put it under a load it "thunks." When I rock the car back and forth it doesn't sound too good. She's too hot to crawl under now so I'll have to update this post tomorrow. You wanna play you gotta pay

I just came in from outside. I crawled under the car and started to turn the driveshaft back and forth. I actually think it's the rear end. The clunking sound transfers all the way forward. I put it in neutral and held the driveshaft with one hand and moved the wheel back and forth. There is a lot of play and the clunking sound was the slack being taken up from all the extra slop when I excellorated from slower speeds. I would rather have the rear go than the clutch. Since I just had the rear done several weeks ago I'm sure my buddy will fix it for me.

Hey Valley firearms,

You know I'm always on the look out for a "fixer up'er". If you take payments I'll take what's left of that wore out heap off your hands for say.... $500 by Christmas. That would beweekly payments of$17.86. And besides it'll get that horrible color scheme over on the correct side of the valley!! Oh and I would expect ALL your spare Mustangparts to be includedin this deal as everyone can seeI am offering top dollarby way of averyexciting and aggressive payment plan.

Let me know when I can arrange shipment! I would be willing to split that shippingwith you also IF you felt I was offering to much and it would help make you sleep easier at night.

(for those interested in a very nice 68 Mustang please look for my future craigslist or ebayad for Smoking hot, one of a kind, show winningcoupe. Price will start around $15,000 with a reserve of $20,000. Local pick up only. Cashonly. NO PAYMENT PLANS! Serious inquiries ONLY, but pleasewait for the the listing as I may have a few small details that should be worked out within the hour)

Valley, did you up your chunk after the blower? You very well need a 9" if not. The 8's will usually go after crossing over the 300HP reilm if you have any rubber on the back. If not, its the perfacto time to do so.

Damn 05, I came by your house today with the title and you weren't home. You neighbor said you were are work. He was nice enough to offer me the whole $500 at one time so I took it. Sorry, I needed a cab.

Evil, I do have a 9". It was completely rebuilt last year. It was supposed to have 4.11. They were so low I changed them out several weeks ago and they ended up being 5.13. Same guy that built it did the swap. He was happy to charge me again though even though they were the wrong gears. After two weeks I would think he's on the hook. I called him today and he said I may have broke the third member. I told him there is no grinding or clanking, just a thud when slack is taken out. We'll see.
