santa came early
I know you can make it look good. Anybody who can paint fire like that should easily be talented enough to straighten out that deck lid. It just takes time. I bet the quarter caps didn't come with studs either. Mock them up where they need to be(usr tape to hold them on) and then hit the holes from inside with paint. Take the caps off and there are your marks. Drill them out and use 1/4" all thread rod and epoxy to glue them in. Here are some of my pics.

[align=left]Mine looked just like that. They are metal with rubber fastened on with heavy staples.

they are metal. I bought the deluxe shields out of mustangs depot. My end caps came with the studs in place but no nuts. So I have the same issue with that as well.
hiya. to the wavy part. I once saw a post that described the same but when the rear panel came it had the same wave.
It was another part in the back of the stang. I can't remember the post, but sometimes I believe it might just have to be this way ?!
and +1000 on missing bolts ... that **** me over a few times in my recent project.
