I use Cal Tracs and have had zero wheel hop. Trust me, I've put her nose to the grinding wheel too

Don't mean to steal the thread but....

The 351w std bore I'm getting this week (hopefully) will be rebuilt and I'm planning on the Edlebrock Performer intake, heads, 600cfm carb, JBA headers, 2.5" dual exhaust, 9" rearend with LSD and likely geared between 3.25 to 3.50. Want to step up the cam a bit but nothing too wild as it will be the wife's DD car. Really don't know what to expect for HP/torque but I'm told it should be in the 350 - 375 area.

Just wondering how much they are needed with this type of an engine and does it make the car that much safer than without? She's a fairly light driver but likes to have fun now and then as well so I know she'll nail it every so often for giggles.
