Yeah, sounds like you have a screwed dizzy gear. Take out all your spark plugs and clean or replace them. If that doesn't work, then clean or replace your points with either new points or the pertronix system, and if that doesn't work, then the dizzy needs replaing with a new pertronix. I replaced the plugs before, but I was still running old gas, maby they are fouled.. I pulled them a few weeks ago but they looked fine visually. Im not going to put any more money into this car in its current state. Ive allready put near 1k in just to get it driving with the 6 (its amazing how things add up while your not paying attention). If it dies, oh well. Hopefully I will be in an area covered by my AAA.
