I have a clanking noise, can the torque convertor be making the noise it?

Speakng form experience, if one of your flywheel to toque converter nuts falls off, it'll make a god-awful clanking noise while it's bouncing around in there.

Thanks Dave!! I am hoping that is all it is sounds terrible. But I know it is not a rod because it quits and I just had the motor rebuilt As I am bringing up the rpms it goes away? Seems like from low rpm as I start to bring it up I get a clank then it goes away. I really don't want to pull the motor but I will if I have too! Thanks again I knew someone on here could help.
