I just droped the floor in tonight. I'm very impressed with the fit and quality. No trimming needed. It took about 5 min. to set it in by myself. I'm using screws in all the spotweld holes to hold it down then I'll plug weld the holes. i highly recommend doing the 1 piece floor over piecing it together. I counted about 190 spot welds that I had to cut. It only took me about 4 hours to remove the old one.

 

Dang what a project, you should throw some more pictures up of the fit and finish

No lake just many years of a leaky cowl. I just added pics of the floor fit
