Default 68 fuse box

would anyone be kind enough to take a picture of their fuse box area? i am interested in seeing the harness that comes out the back end mostly because someone cut 2 wires and reconnected some stupid ones that lead nowhere. i am interested in knowing where these go. they are black with teal tracers and i found them leading all the way to my glove box area in one factory connection (unconnected of course).

thanks.

Jimmy428,
Checkout these diagrams I think they will help you out. From what i can see the stangs were wired for all accessories.

Good luck.

i have one more question though.

Might be a capacitor for noise suppression on the radio. Is there any markings on the side?

no markings, just a cylinder with two wires leading in and a bunch of coiled copper/brass looking wire.

I would cut it out. That was a way to get the humming noise out when guys used "high performance" spark plug wires. These days most wires have better noise suppression built in.

the orange wire you see to the right comes from the radio (am/fm) and goes nowhere. any idea what it is? the wiring diagram doesn't help with this one. the yellow is the main feed and the blue is the light feed.
