Nicked Bearing

NAPA will sell you just one bearing. At least they did in the past. They carry Clevite.

Yeah, as long as there are no raised edges I don't see it causing a problem.

A nick that goes out past the edge of the bearing can be a problem, since it allows oil pressure to bleed out that side, like a gutter or a drain, but if it's in the bearing itself without going to the edges and there aren't any raised spots, it's prolly fine. Again, bearings are cheap enough to replace.
