Default 1965 Intake Manifold/Carb question

I need some help deciphering the date/casting codes on my intake manifold and carb from my 65. Here is the casting number from the manifold:

C5AE 9425 D

I know that from the C indicates the 60's, and that the 5 indicates that is was made in 65. But I have seen other people who are listing manifolds for sale include a "Date number" or "Date Code" or "Casting date" usually in the format of Number-letter-number. Where can I find this number?

Also, how can I tell if the Manifold/Carburator are a 2bbl or 4bbl with the carb on? (I'm sure thats a very stupid question, but I'm new to this.

Thanks!

couple ways to do that, take off air cleaner open butterfly vale 2 barrels = 2barrel
4 barrels = 4 barrel carb

or by model number
if its autolite its 2100 2 bbl
or 4100 4 bbl

aye. if you are still unsure, take the aircleaner off and snap a picture. we'll let you know.
I still have the original 2bbl intake and the number you post sound familiar.
I'll go outside later and check
