Default My Problem Sounds Like This

This should be good... I'm going to describe my sound and what my Mustang does, and I hope you can direct me or guide me to where to start....

So, my mustang lurches forward when I have it in drive and I'm moving forward slowly. The engine rev's up a little bit, and unless I have my foot on the brake, it'd really just jump. It only happens in drive, and only when the car first turns on (until it seems to warm up a bit), and only at slow speeds...

Where should I start? Is there more information you need to know?

The jumping doesn't just happen once, it happens multiple times... Are you just saying to adjust the carb?

anyway you could post a video?

I am thinking that the car is supposed to move forward slowly in Drive with no pressure on the brake.

I have a testing tach, so I'll hook it up tonight to find out. But if my idle was set high, would it cause it to jump? I mean it jumps, and slows down, then jumps, and slows down... it'll keep that up for a while till the engine is hot.

My 67 does that. I gun it and then go back to neighborhood speeds and it stops. It doesn't bother me a bit. Only does it when it is cold outside.
