Small brake fluid leak(s)
I recently swapped in an 8" rearend and I installed all new brake hardware and lines. There appears to be a very small amount of fluid seaping out at all four of the newly-installed rear connections. Would it be a good/bad idea to use teflon tape on the fittings? Other suggestions appreciated.
Same goes for the pumpkin filler plug. Minor seapage. What are the remedies?

Did you make or buy these lines? Are they good and tight?
Teflon tape won't really help, what your looking to do is seat the flared end of the line in the fitting, and there's a lot of hydraulic pressure. See if you can tighten them a little more. Make sure to use two wrenches, one on each side of the connection.
Tape will work on the filler plug.

Well I initially had them moderately tight, then when we started to bleed them fluid was audibly and visible coming out, so I made them all very tight. Of the 4 flared ends, 2 are from the factory and 2 are mine. None seem to be seeping more than another.
