1" lowering block Question

Default 1" lowering block Question

i want to drop the body on the rear of my 66 Fastback about an inch and wondering if the 1" lowering blocks lower it excactly 1" or could it be more or less. trying to bring the body closer to the top of the tire.

whats the condition of the leaf springs? the blocks arent the safest from what ive been told, and by replacing the springs, 1 you get new springs, 2 you can get leafs that lower the car so you dont need lowering blocks

Couldn't you take off leafs?

you could, but it would also soften the ride a lot, which could result in the wheels hitting the wheel well i would think

Already happens to me. Hit a bump at 40 and BAM. Some bumps they don't hit, but others it is crazy. If you have 2 people in the mustang it is even worse.
