Any Napa will have an electro-mechanical flasher for you. They use the same plugs as standard flashers, just with different internals.

I think I may need a new switch also but will get around to it soon.
No problem. Mustangproject.com were the 1st to make the LED conversion specific to classic Mustangs. I ordered a set from them for my 65, and the kit came with an electronic flasher. I thought yours did too.

Just came from the auto parts store and the flashers were like $9.00 and $12.00. They plug in the same socket.

Mine came with the flasher for the turn signal but there is another one for the hazard lights. I just ordered one from them for the hazard lights.

I completely installed both lights, the whole spiel. Now the only think that doesn't work is the emergency flashers. The indicators don't come on when I press the brake pedal any more. The front signals aren't doing anything odd. Everything works except the emergency flashers...they were working before but maybe I will replace the flasher unit.

It's definitely a grounding problem. In these old cars they rarely ran a ground wire to the lights but relied on body and chassis steel to be the ground. Make sure that the negative side of each of your lights has a good solid connection to the body steel.
