Default I need a flywheel.

I am using a 351w out of a 96 F250 truck for my mustang. The bellhousing and transmission is out of a 86-88 mustang . Would I use a 157 tooth flywheel with a 28oz? When i order it can I order one for an older mustang 351 or was the f250 one be correct and fit in that bellhousing?
Thanks

I have done some searching and beleive that all 351w had the same imbalance. So from what I read searching the web I should be able to order a flywheel for like the original 69 351w and it should bolt up. The clutch from the 5.0 mustang should bolt up to that and the tranny will then work. Any of you guys who have done the t5 swaps please let me know if I am on the right track.
