I remember Offenhauser having one like that for a smallblock Chevy.

Default the name Cross-Ram comes to mind

I saw an excellent example on a 440 Wedge motor, "wedged" into a Baracuda.
Weiand was another Mfg that produced these for Chevy and probably others.
It was a cool idea. Literally.

Chevy had those avabile on the 69 z28 called a cross ram set up dealer option.Ford had a better one called the cross boss for the boss 302 but i have never seen that set up for an fe engine

I recently purchased one for my 289 that looks similar. It is an Edelbrock X-F8
