Default PCV Modification 1988

I have a 1988 stang w/ some issues. It has had a lot of performance work done Holley injection holly heads stroked etc.... anyways guy who did the work did not finish the job and cannot be found. So... here is my first problem

Noticed there was oil in the intake, checked the oil level... ok saw that there was no PCV valve.. it has aftermarker valve covers and there is only one nipple coming off of the cover... How is air supposed to flow in and the pcv valve let air out with one fitting??? An oil cap with a breather?
