Kick Down Linkage for 65

Kick Down Linkage for 65
I have a question. I do not have a kick down Linkage for my engine to my transmission. All I have is just the normal accel connector. Is there away to make a home made type kick down? Also, can someone post a pic how it is suppose to connect?
I have a C4 and a Holley 4 bbl.
