Default vacuum advance vs kalli 0:1

since I cannot adjust my vacuum advance (it has no option with allen key) I was thinking about ways to lower the vacuum the advance is getting.
the preferred option was just to restrict the line, but that just restricts flow, but has no affect on vacuum (tsts confirmed).
So i thought the only way to do this is to drill a little hole in the vacuum rubber line.
I taped around the line so I get a nicer hole in rubber and the smallest drillbit hole retarted my vacuum advance by 3 degrees. i went for the next bigger suize, which gave me 6.
So now I have 14 initial, and when hooked to manifold vacuum 24 at idle. perfect. I always wanted 10 max at idle. adjusted idle mixture and i believe I should be good to go

Call me a botcher, I call it a controlled vacuum leak

not driven it yet, wet roads are no good fro WOT runs ... on the WOT the vac advance should have no affect whatsoever but i can't wait to see how driveability and cruise is gonna be, especially since I recurved the distributor again (put in a tab to limit)

it actually works :-) i'll check on it in a week, to see if the holesize or idle changed. if yes, i'll do it again with a piece of plastic or metal hose and hole in it.
i changed the medium spring with the light one and i do have more power straight off idle til 2500-ish. I have restrcted max advance to 34 now (just to be sure). I'll do carb now and then see from there. finally the vacuum advance is helping not interfering
