Question 351C 4V Intake

Can anyone tell me what the port is for on the middle left edge of the picture? This is an image I found online. Mine has 2 steel lines coming out.

Thanks

Heat riser for the choke, it is connected to the exhaust ports to heat the bottom of the intake and the choke in cold weather. If you dont have anything covering it you will have an exhaust leak right there.

You can make one of those with a drill and a grinder.
