Default Will these heads fit?

Hey, i got a quick and hopefully simple question, i have a 72 mustang with a 302 2v. I need a new set of heads, and i found a remanufactured set on ebay. Only about 15 miles from my house, my question is will they fit.

This is all the discription states, "This is a nice set of factory ford 302 engine cylinder heads they have had a three angle valve job, stock springs,And been decked. They valves are 1.781 int and 1.451 exh ready to bolt on shipping is for both heads "

Also it says they are "D80E casting # . also 4B14"

they'll fit but they're crap. small valves, big chambers, thermactor hump in the exhaust ports. they're heads from the lowest power output years the 302 ever had. you won't be happy with them.

^^^^What he said. D80E casting is from a 1978 vintage engine.

yeah man, D8's are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

just an FYI, you'd need different rocker arms for anything thats D8 (1978) or newer too.

from the 2nd number it might be 84 heads. you'd be better off checking what's wrong with your own heads or go for something different
