Default 67 Window wont roll down

Hi, im ready to strip the paint of the doors and repaint them but there is one problem though. The window wont roll down. Has anyone on here run into this problem before. What is the typical fix for this. I have no idea what to do here because you dont have a lot of space behind those pannels and its hard to see. Any help is greatley appreciated.

Thanks

i found that rubbing some white lithium grease on the bearings for the regulator helped a ton, but of course it wont last forever your best bet is to replace the regulator their fairly cheap
