old shcool slot wheels help

Default old shcool slot wheels help

hey i got a pair of those old school aluminum slot rims with my 96 and i wanna keep them..they make the car look mean and its age..only problem is that they have a little light pitting which i tried to get out with mothers but it didnt quite get er done..they look better but i want them glimmering
i also need to get new spinners and the chrome inserts the spinners go on since there rusty..any idea where i can find these and how to bring these back to new>? thanx all

Are they polished or brushed finish? if they are brushed, you could use fine steel wool.

If they are chromed, you can have them chemically dipped. Then something that would look absolutely bitchin' is to just have them nickle plated. Has a deep rich look more than chrome.
