Took it for a drive and I think it's the valve seals and with the guides being worn, at least on one cylinder that know of, because I have nothing but condensation coming from both exhaust.

While at a red light I no longer have that embarassing cloud coming out of the passenger side pipe that was so noticable in the headlights of the car behind.

The seals I used were for the GT40 heads I have. They have the metal rings and fit snug around the guides. They weren't new so I will have to order new ones. They work a lot better than those umbrella seals that's for sure.

I sure hope I don't wake up tomorrow and have smoke because these things drive me crazy, especially when I can't go out and fix it when I am thinking about it. I wish I had an attached garage. Had a double, but now it's a family room.

Positive seals have to be installed with valve stem protectors, otherwise the seal surface will tear easily.
