Edelbrocks are not quadrajets. Like Gun Jam said, they're taken from the old Carter AFB design. They're very simple compared to a Holley and work well on a daily driver when properly tuned.

All my friends feel the same way I do about Edelbrocks.They make a good paper weight thats about it. Iyou have good luck with them thats good but in South Eastern NM we dont.

Um....so, what is your question here? I have found that both the edel and the holley run good on this motor, the ford tends to leak though. Just a matter of preferance.
