Can't separate the outer tie rods from the lower end of the spindle. Same with the idler arm from the rest of the steering linkage. how can I pop those suckers out? I've tried everything???

Take the nut off and smack it really hard with a BFH on the knuckle. You can also back up the knuckle with another BFH, that will help. The other way is with a pickle fork.

Pickle fork and a 5lb hand sludge, you can also use an air hammer with a pickle fork attachment. If those fail you may have to bust out the torches to heat the knuckle. I have to get the heat out sometime for my balljoints

Pickle fork! About $11 at most auto parts stores.

Most places don't recommend using a pickle fork because it does mess up your ball joints.

dont plan on re-using the ball joints have all new suspension including ball joints so ill give the pickle fork a shot if trying to knock it out doesnt work.

Hit the knuckle on the side with a big freaking hammer with a big freaking hammer on the other side of the knuckle. It will work. I have pickle forks and still use that method because it won't mess up the grease boot.
