I like the results, but man it will take a long time.
Tried out my buffing wheel on my aluminium fan blade just for S and G's and I like the shine, but man it would take forever to finish.
Any quicker way to get to this result?

That's what I am using. Bench Mount. Which compound would cut that quickly?

I think the blades are stainless, and you would do better with a chrome or brass pollish..

Is that polish or is that pollish...

I was able to polish or pollish (not sure which ) a plate of stainless using a white and a red rouge...However I doubt this is optimal. I think a Green stainless compound would have been ideal http://www.pjtool.com/stainlesssteel...gcompound.aspx

You'll want to buy another wheel to go with your bench buffer (Im guessing it uses the layered fabric ones that are sewn together) because once this green crap is on there its only going to be good for stainless.

I am pretty sure that the blades are aluminum, but I have been wrong before.

Coulda fooled me. They seem very light. You are most likely right.
