Default what carb is this?

So I was looking at my engine yesterday and realize I don't have the correct one in my 66. I have an I6 but it is from a 68-69 model year. Just wondering if this carb on here is correct, it seems to be jerry rigged on there. Any ideas what it is?

IIRC, that's the POS Holley Service Replacement Ford started using around 69-70 when they replaced your OEM Autolite 1100. Too bad, because the Autolite 1100 was a MUCH better carb. Fortunately, they are not too hard to find.
