Default Swap for the 289

I am swapping a 200ci for a 289ci and keeping the c4 transmission for now. It has the 11in torque converter. do i need to swap it out or can i keep it? what flex plate do i need to go with it?

You cannot use the 6 converter or bell, and the 6 C4 is not as strongly built as the V8.
