Are you sure those pump output ratings are not pounds per hour and not GPH?

I'd recommend getting a book like Earl Davis' 'Supercharging, Turbocharging & Nitrous Oxide Performance Handbook' (at Barnes & Noble). It isn't quite as simple as slapping on a head unit and making up some plumbing. If you don't understand what's involved with fuel, timing, boost, etc., your engine will go south (permanently) in a matter of a couple of seconds on your first full-throttle run.

Timing is very important. Also what compression ratio is your motor now? You should know this going in to properly set up how much timing you'll have to pull as the psi goes up, not hard to do with a good MSD ignition box with boost input.
