What size is the e-clip on the KD cable lever?

The shaft on my carb is .25 inches. I believe I bought .25 inch E-Clips for the carb and the trans on my car.

So, the e-clip like the one in this pic is .25 inch? Because, that's the one I need.

Believe so, I went a measured mine last night and the shaft is a 1/4 size. I ended up going to lowes where they had a good selection to get mine.
