That's what I did on my 67.

My alignment shop adjusted camber first.
The toe was out so much the shop claimed they had to redo the camber once toe was set.
If my shop is correct then it may be good to get toe fairly close first?

Toe always gets set LAST. Always. Adjusting caster and camber change toe.

Set toe last I mean I doubt your tires are so toed in or out that they need to be set first (as in they squeal when you barley even roll forward)

And always remember to roll the car forward and back on the flat surface after making adjustments. That way your measurements will be accurate and you won't be like wtf I just adjusted the tie rod in so much and the tire didnt move

Thanks to all. BTW after trying the fastrax tool I highly recommend it . Price for both
caster/camber and toe gauge from Summit is around $200. MM

I've heard of putting a couple greased flat cookie sheets under tires to allow wheels to move while adjusting alignment.
I am considering making slip plates using loose ball bearings and 1/4" steel plates. Would be nice if I could do my own alignment. Wonder how accurate is the fastrax?
