Default 1965 Mustang Conversion questions

I have a 65' that had a 289 V8 setup. Then someone made it into a 6cylnder setup. I am setting it up again for a V8.

I just took off the fron drum brakes and converting them to disc. What else needs to be done on the front? I have a new suspension kit that is going to be put in aswell. I am not going to do that till I know what to purchase and change in the front.

So what else needs to be changed in the front? I know the Spindels need to go back to V8.

Does the car 4 lugs or 5 lugs?

Hmmm, maybe your 65 was used as a swap parts car?

If you have to change EVERYTHING, there is a good parts list or two in the FAQ section.

Would I be able to use the same Rear end that I bought to put into a 67? Also would I need a different suspension kit then the one I put in the 65'?

The 65-66 suspension was the same.

67-70 has a wider rear axle than 65-66.

I also was thinking about converting it to PowerSteering. It will be a summer driver. I will be doing both city driving and highway driving with it. PS is more for City where MS is more for Highway?

I am not sure which would be better for my situation.

Manual steering is more responsive and less vague feeling...i can turn the wheel sitting still in my 65 with 8 inch winder tires using just a couple of fingers...id prefer to not have the engine bay clutered up and no leaks fro ps under the car

I am having the engine rebuilt. What should I use Headers or Exhuast manifold?
