Need to take into consideration what paint you're going to use before you say you're going to paint with the doors off. Some metallics (maybe all) will be a different color when painted horizontal vs vertical, apart you wont see the difference but when you hang the door back on the car you will. With some paint systems you can't even spray a panel at a time, you start at the front and spray right to the rear......pull the trigger on the gun at the font corner and release when you hit the rear corner.

Pics and info are wonderful as you go. I haven't started mine yet, but reading through the many completed and ongoing builds on here have taught me more than I could have hoped. I can't wait to get started on mine this spring. Good luck!
