Another example of Glazier Nolan's GT package.

I'm using 205/70R14's on styled steel wheels. Excellent road handling, great stance. I put the G/N spring set on years ago, along with the Arning/Shelby drop.

Arning/Shelby Suspension Drop

Ed.: Nice photo, scootchu. Wish mine looked that good. Well, it does from one side, but even that'll change soon.

I am eventually going to put the American Racing Wheels (Ansen Sprint) 15x7 on the car to give it a better look. Ideas, thoughts, concerns?
Lowering is a tough call. I think they look a lot better with a little bit of a drop, like 1/2-1"; nothing dramatic. But, then you can run into tire clearance problems. And you may have trouble with speed bumps and drive ways. You'll have to consider your use.

I dropped my '66 1" all around, and I really liked it. There were a couple of speed bumps in town that were a problem, but not many. I used a stock height variable rate spring, and then did the Shelby mod to the upper arm.

I like a variable rate coil spring. Driving down the road you get a nice smooth ride. But in hard corners or emergency manouvers the spring stiffens up. The best of both worlds for a street car.

Be sure and replace the spring perches and insulater pads while you're at it.

Thanks, but that pic hides a lot. LOL
I am happy with the stance though. I lucked out with that.
I don't think I have seen a pic of what you have now 2+2
