The RC106 is closer to a Mustang II suspension, at least according to their catalog. http://www.rcmotorsportsinc.com/rod__custom.pdf I'm no suspension expert just really like their product so I'm giving it a shot.

Scootchu, whatcha going to do? One of these weekends I need to take a ride down and see the new garage.
I go back and forth, I have read good and bad about coil over, MII conversions. I have read about compromising the strength of the front end by eliminating the points of stress distribution when you convert.
From what I have read, the frame rails weren't designed to foot the load entirely and that Ford's design wasn't that strong to begin with.

Sooooooo that weighs on my mind as well as the price.
